I contribute to the efficiency of the Company by providing customized and timely support to the Chief Executive Officer.▪ I coordinate the CEO’s office and acts as a Chief of Staff (Gatekeeper).▪ I filter and attend to the day-to-day functions that are part of the CEO's role so that the CEO can focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions that enable them to advance company goals and objectives.▪ Work closely with the CEO to keep him informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities whilefollowing up appropriately.▪ I provide leadership to build relationships crucial to the success of the organization and manage a variety of special projects.▪ I prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously/proactively, and follow through on projects to successful completion.▪ Responsible for managing both internal and external stakeholders for the realization of Company’s strategic goals and objectives.Key Achievements:▪ Worked with others to secure a term loan of NGN 2 billion for the expansion of the Company’sManufacturing capacity from a 10MT per hour mill to 26MT per hour, and an additional NGN 3 billionworking capital for procuring raw materials.▪ Drove the implementation of company strategy to streamline processes which resulted in increasedefficiencies and over 100% growth in turnover Year on Year.
