At ChandlerKBS, I worked extensively in the hospitality sector as a Quantity Surveyor collaborating with esteemed clients such as Hilton Hotels & Resorts, Radisson Hotels, and Montcalm Collection on projects ranging from £15 million to £100 million. Other notable clients on other projects included Sofitel Hotels & Resorts, Hyatt Hotels and The Salvation Army.I would work on managing projects from inception to handover, with my responsibilities beginning with the initial cost planning and feasibility studies which helped to develop accurate project estimates and budgets and the setting up of JCT contracts. Throughout the project lifecycle, I was responsible for cost control and management, ensuring that expenditures remained within the established budget. During the construction phase, I conducted regular site visits to monitor progress, assess financial performance, and address any issues that arose. Throughout the handover process, I ensured all contractual obligations were met and that clients received comprehensive documentation for their new assets.

During my tenure as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at JRP, I worked on the Green Man Lane Regeneration Scheme contributing to a transformative project aimed at revitalising the local community in Ealing. This ambitious redevelopment included over 700 new homes, commercial spaces, and community facilities designed to enhance the area's livability. My responsibilities involved conducting evaluations, preparing detailed cost analyses, and supporting various quantity surveying tasks to ensure financial efficiency and project success. I also worked on several notable new-build housing schemes in Wandsworth and Isleworth, each featuring a few hundred units whilst also helping to work on an an assisted living building in Leyton. For these projects, I helped to prepare cost plans, undertake valuations, chair meetings and eventually help snag.
