My career has always focused around the customer service industry; starting in sales, then moving into retail management and for the last 8 years I have thrived working in restaurants and hotels.I am passionate about the hospitality industry, and very keen to continue develop my barman skill set and wine and barista knowledge.I have always been a punctual, responsible and honest employee, passionate about doing the job at hand to my best ability, and simultaneously striving to learn more and embrace new challenges.I am a supportive team player, very easy going and not easily distracted, remaining focused on what needs to be done and working together with my colleagues to improve the service we provide. I am highly organized and have great attention to detail. My current employer values my ability to work under pressure, calm approach to challenging situations and commitment to problem solving. I have also been recognized for my positive attitude and good manner with our clientele, which being a members’ club, can often be high profile and demanding.
