Responsible for:- Working on global projects, together with sites in Pune - India, Burgos - Spain, Port Elizabeth - South Africa, Puebla - Mexico;- Acting in Buy Offs of stamping tools (cold forming);- Feasibility study of new projects based on customer specifications for products;- Understanding and application of specific customer requirements for new products in the design phase;- Participation in all meetings of the stages of the project;- Conduct meetings with their respective areas defined for the creation of PFMEA and analysis of NPR, creating Control Plan, performing updates to the SOP phase;- Responsible to monitor all phases of production controls devices based on customer requirements, filling PPAP;- Flowchart creation and Visual Aids for controls of critical features of the product and mapping Poka Yokes;- PPAP approval for intercompany parts;- Realization and study of CP / CPK, R & R process in pre SOP phase;

Responsible for:- Interfacing with clients such as Honda, Volkswagen, Toyota, Ford and GM, highlighting 15-day visit to VW Pacheco-Argentina to understanding of chassis assembly process; - Charge to reduce the percentage of scrap focused on improvements in manufacturing processes; - Manage the activities of testing and inspection, to ensure the quality of the company's products and the satisfaction of customer needs; - Supervise the preparation of all the trials and tests specified for each product is in prototype stage or current process in-house production line; - Responsible for quality at every stage of the production process, in order to identify errors that may compromise the final product or cause rework; Responsible for analysis of countermeasures, improvements, root cause and responses to reports of non-quality.

Responsible for:- Implementation of inspection methods, frequency and quality control of welding, appearance of the body (Body in White) and symmetry assembly of moving parts; - Responsible for the quality of moving parts of the vehicle (process hemming press, applying sealer) and quality control of welding safety through the ultrasound method; - Responsible for assessing weld quality of bodies sent to events Crash Tests; - Responsible for analysis, process improvement and quality parts supplier (Door frames);- Development and adaptation of training materials; - Effective participation in the layout, requisition of equipment and materials for laboratory quality body shop.
