Reporting to the Director of Digital Agricultural Solutions for Latin America. Responsible for managing the Open Innovation Portfolio of Bayer CropScience using Agile Methodologies and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking. Constant support in decision-making and project prioritization in cooperation with senior leadership, as well as establishing an overview of associated risks and resource planning. Support in implementing Bayer's Regenerative Agriculture Strategy, Green CPR, and Green Finance, acting in the scouting of new solutions and technologies from the ecosystem of Hubs, Startups, and Universities, and also in structuring the business model and revenue sources of new products. Experience in the Dynamic Shared Ownership (DSO) Operational Model. Acting as the focal point of communication for the Open Innovation area, providing greater visibility and understanding for internal, external, and global audiences. Experience in coordinating Bayer's participation in the main agricultural innovation fairs and events in the country.

Responsible for managing and leading global and local innovation projects in collaboration with Startups and Universities in the region, using agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and Design Thinking, and proposing mitigation plans as necessary. Experience in implementing strategic planning workshops, prioritizing themes and trends in the agricultural innovation ecosystem. Experience in managing relationships with different stakeholders and business partners, and in submitting innovation projects to government funding mechanisms such as FINEP, EMBRAPII, and “Lei do Bem”. Experience in managing team performance indicators using the Objective Key Results (OKRs) methodology, structuring metric monitoring panels. Also acting as the focal point for Open Innovation communications, leading the area's participation in the main agricultural fairs and innovation events in Brazil.

Experience in a 1 year and 6 months project with an external innovation consultancy for the structuring of Bayer Cropscience's Open Innovation area, acting as the focal point between the company and the consultants, facilitating strategic planning workshops. In the second year of the area's existence, the work of the Open Innovation team was recognized with the 1st place award in the Top 100 Startups Ranking, and 1st place in “Valor Inovação”, both in the Agribusiness category.

Support to the area responsible for establishing partnerships with the main associations, unions, and civil society organizations in the agricultural and environmental sector of Latin America, ensuring Bayer Cropscience's license to operate in the region. Participation in mapping and presenting legislation to support senior leadership decision-making, and in executing sponsorships and sector events.

Support for the main activities of the area, with emphasis on the implementation of the first “Bayer Forward Farming” in Brazil, a global project that seeks to demonstrate innovative and sustainable agricultural practices in loco, in collaboration with researchers from the main universities in Brazil, and with the Brazilian Agricultural Research Corporation (Embrapa). Experience in the Bayer-Monsanto merger process, unifying the stakeholder database of both companies.
