Specialized support for national and foreigner clients in order to obtain Telecom and Safety Approvals in Brazil, Argentina and all the other countries in Latin America.

- Speaker in some events outside Brazil (MIC Conference in Japan and Wireless Conference in China) in order to provide an overview regarding how is the Telecom Approval in Brazil and Latin America.- Control and setting goals of the administrative and sales department;- Management team;- One of the professionals responsible for trainings of national/foreigner clients and employees regarding the ANATEL certification process and also certification in other countries from Latin America;- Responsible to provide internal and external trainning regarding the Telecom Approvals in Latin America, specially Telecom Approval in Brazil (Anatel);

- Contact with testing laboratories (INPE, CPQD, FIT, LabTelecom, Eldorado, IBEC, Normatel, Multiteste, among others) in order to be monitoring the progress of the testing for telecommunications products;- Responsible to handle the entire certification process before sending the documentaion to ANATEL (Brazilian Telecom Agency);- Contracts Administrator of several projects of foreigner/national companies, in order to obtain the ANATEL / INMETRO approvals;

- Contact with clients daily (Brazilian and Foreigner clients);- Responsible for the administrative actions related to the renewal of ANATEL certifications;- Preparation of all documents sent by clients to send these to ANATEL (National Telecommunications Agency) in order to obtain the approval of telecommunications equipments; (authorization for sales in Brazil)- Development of business cards;- Participation in the production of a "Newsletter" presenting news related to the tellecommunication market. This document was sent to all the clients / partners weekly;- Participation in the development of some advertising to be published in specialized magazines.
