I am the go-to person for a variety of subject matters, such as evaluating, reviewing, and negotiating numerous legal documents, including Master Services Agreements, Partnership Agreements, Statement of Works, NDAs, as well as Procurement and any other legal document required by the company or any third-party as part of its daily operations. In addition to this, this role is also involved in the creation and subsequent maintenance of the contracts that will support any new product developed by the products team, ensuring that these products and the supporting contracts do meet the compliance requirements and providing legal input for strategic business decisions.The Legal Counsel also provides guidance on the employment structure of the Company, reviewing Employment Letters and Contractor Agreements and helping negotiate them. Draft Severance Agreements and assist HR with offboarding of employees, when required.Finally, I oversee, review and maintain the Company´s T&C for the services, making sure these comply with the disclosure requirements of the applicable regulations and any other changes or requirements in the regulatory space.
