• Responsible in execution of preventive maintenance activities as per schedule issued by the maintenance planner.• Responsible in restoring electrical and electro-mechanical equipment to its operating condition during trouble call at production line, process area and auxiliary equipment to ensure smooth operation and to attain the highest line performance as possible. • Responsible in wiring termination and commissioning of Electrical project.• Responsible for troubleshooting in electrical equipment, such as motor control components, switches and lightings, breakers, defective motor and other instruments and process controls.• Prepare daily activities and machine performance report.• Responsible for the monitoring, cleaning, operating and maintaining of plant utilities such as blowers, compressors, burner, conveyors and pumps.• Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all mechanical equipment replacing bearing, aligning belt and lubricating.• Responsible for coordinating with immediate superior regarding production machinery trouble that needs immediate maintenance attention. Also responsible for the requisitions of other needed components to have a proper repair execution.• Installs newly acquired plant equipment and machinery, properly conducts test run for rewind motors or repaired equipment.• Responsible for assisting 3rd party contractors

Philippines

• Responsible for the monitoring and maintaining of plant machine and utilities equipment’s such as chiller, AHU, air compressor Lens Cure Oven, pre polymerization ovens and cold rooms.• Responsible for troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of all Electrical equipment replacing contactor, relay and PLC.• Responsible for coordinating with immediate superior regarding production machinery trouble that needs immediate maintenance attention. Also responsible for the requisitions of other needed components to have a proper repair execution.• Installs newly acquired plant equipment and machinery, properly conducts test run for rewind motors or repaired equipment’s.• Responsible for troubleshooting in electrical equipment, such as motor control components, switches and lightings, breakers, defective motor and other instruments and process controls.• Responsible for assisting 3rd party contractors.• Complies with the accurate and timely filling up of notes for repair history purposes.

Equipment Technician – develop, train and roll-out the Current Best Approach for proper and safe handling various warehouse equipment/machine, Scheduling Preventive Maintenance, performing if Down Do (IDD)and Maintenance While running (MWR)to eliminate or lessen the wear and tear of equipment. Improve the process operation of the machine/equipment by revising programmable logic controller and instrumentation.Equipment handled: Fanuc Robotics Palletizer, Lantech auto-stretch wrapper, Palletizer and Automated Storage and Retrieval System (ASRS).Logistics Engineer – Oversee warehouse operation from receiving finish goods (from production lines, outside warehouse and imported goods) to processing shipments to the customers (Distributors, production lines and outside warehouse). Process non-revenue orders, stock transfer order (STO), stock transfer advice (STA) and implementing First in first out (FIFO) for stocks on floor. Processing customers return, reject and damage, reconciliation of stock versus stock on floor, stock counting and inbound/outbound dock management. Creating and deleting stock zoning and inventory monitoring in BPCS AS400 and SAP application.
