Project Level - Business Analyst
•Extract, analyze, and report data to support program activity and assist in management decision making. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to new processes, functionalities, and/or proposed solutions.•Acquire deep knowledge of working systems and bring efficient and effective changes for better performance across programs. Gather necessary information to provide analysis and prepare reports documenting the findings of such analysis.•Audit, evaluate, track, and report performance activity for Performance Management and contract compliance purposes (e.g., alignment with the program’s service-level agreements,)•Work closely with operations staff to Identify and determine business requirements and define processes, including clarification on any requirement discrepancies. Review and edit requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations related to new processes, functionalities, and/or proposed solutions.•Assist with the development of project reports (i.e., Year End Report, Quarterly Reports) Participate in the administration of project and program contract activities.•Establish daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and monitor performance against metrics and ensure meaningful deviation is detected early and incorporated in operation planning efforts.•Review weekly and monthly forecasting accuracy (forecasts to actual) and schedule effectiveness (staff need/ staff scheduled/staff available) with WFM (Work Force Management) staff and work together to reduce variations to ensure performance and productivity goals are met.
