Responsible for all sales and marketing operations for the first Swire Hotel to open in the U.S. As opening DOSM, I was instrumental in recruiting a successful sales and catering teams which achieved budgets since opening. Also responsible for the overall marketing strategy for the hotel, two signature restaurants which include Sugar, a successful Asian inspired rooftop bar and restaurant and Uruguayan restaurant, Quinto La Huella.

Responsible for leading the leisure sales teams and all strategic efforts to achieve each hotel's individual budgets. Personally responsible for all international sales efforts to include luxury retail travel agencies, domestic tour operators and international wholesale accounts for The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of Miami

Led the international sales efforts for the entire hotel brand which included, Delano, The Shore Club and Mondrian hotels in Miami, Mondrian LA, Clift San Francisco, Morgans, Royalton, Hudson and Mondrian Soho in New York, and Sanderson and Saint Martin's Lane in London.
