-Lead the SPC optimization process with focus on reducing DPMO for Chassis and Engine Operational Units.-Lead, communicate and validate analysis for Dealer Problem Reports (DPR’s) and plant Warranty claims for Chassis and Engine areas to decrease our plant 1MIS Claim Rate and increase customer satisfaction.-Lead the implementation and validate the compliance of process Work Instructions for Chassis and Engine areas.-Lead the development of FMEA and CP for safety critical operations and quality critical operations for Chassis and Engine areas.-Responsible of communication and implementation of containment and preventive actions for design -Failure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS) analysis.-Lead the implementation from quality and process perspective for new models implemented in Chassis and Engine area.-Coordinate Process Audits (Layered Process Audits) focusing on critical areas on Chassis and Engine areas.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.- Responsible for leading digitalization efforts within the department, including the implementation of the Non-conformities app, Q Control app, and ongoing digitalization of filling weight inspections.- Manage the Supplier Non-conformities process, ensuring timely resolution and corrective actions.- Lead the supplier evaluation quality audit program for in-house and critical suppliers for the site.- Lead the contract manufacturers quality audit program for the site.- Provide support in quality-related root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.- Responsible for performing process capability analysis when needed.- Developed the role of "Quality Specialist" and perform key activities within the department.- Responsible for the operation of the Quality lab and ensuring product compliance.- Manage a team of 11 individuals, including Laboratory Analysts and Quality Specialists.- Responsible for monthly reporting of international KPIs (QiB and FTR) and integrated management system documentation.
