My practice focuses on domestic and international M&A, capital markets, and general corporate and securities matters. I have participated in the establishment of Mexican affiliates of international fund managers; the creation of new funds, as well as administrative proceedings before governmental authorities in foreign trade matters; all aspects of M&A, including due diligence; and advising public and private companies on securities disclosure and corporate governance.I also have experience in both Mexico and the United States, having worked in the Firm's Dallas Office for two-and-a-half years, before recently returning to Mexico City.
