During my time working as QA engineer, testing a business to business web application, one of my maingoals has been maintaining the app stability, preventing of having critical defects on prod environment. Also, I improved the QA processes of the team, leading to a better way of handling the loads of work.My main responsibilities in this team are:• Work in an Agile development environment, using tools as VersionOne and Jira (Using Zephyr)• Identify affected areas during the sprint to carry out a regression plan• Always be in touch with Devs to talk about what can be improved• Write and execute test cases.• Report bugs and follow up to be resolved.• Suggest possible improvements and create simple mockups• Verify the deploy process for releases• Lead new team members• Review the support requests due to my product knowledge• Create documentation of the product for newcomers

Worked testing two apps, A Jalasoft Client app related to Medical Data handling large amounts of data and one Jalasoft IP related to manage Invites and Events for internal an external audience. My main responsibilities in this team were:• Setup complex software environments.• Verify the features are covered with enough test scenarios.• Execute test cases and create a result summary• Create bug reports and work on bug advocacy• Understand how and when to apply test cases• Write test plan for defined features• Understand the STLC• Execute SQL queries to work with background data Being in the QA bootcamp allowed me to develop abilities to work in an agile work environment and a deep understanding of QA methodologies.
