Once approved, the execution and expense of each project was tracked, to ensure budget compliance● Conducted market research on a regular basis to identify pricing threats and opportunities, such as raw material availability, competitors’ operating rates, and product demand● Designed and updated internal reports and high-end corporate presentations, including the biannual Board of Directors meeting, the monthly managers meeting, and the quarterly results dissemination conference● Led the documentation, validation and implementation plan of corporate policies and procedures across two new facilities in the US.
