A professional with experience in Data Privacy, Private Agreements, Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, capable of working as a Compliance and/or Data Privacy Analyst. With regards to Regulatory Affairs and Compliance, my objective is to identify the rules enforced by the regulators and map all the obligations that need to be adheared to. In addition, I am also responsible for the governance on regulatory reports, intern policies and committees, in order to ensure that these documents are valid and in compliance with the governance standards of the Company and the topics enforced by the regulatory rules.I am focused on giving all the necessary support to the Company in Private Agreements in order to ensure that the agreements reflect what has been negotiated, without losing the necessary protection in compliance or privacy with company standards, and also, specifically when the agreements should follow the rules from regulations about Cloud Computing and Business Continuity.I give support to projects and demands related to personal data protection, in accordance with the Brazilian Law nº 13.709/2018 (“LGPD”) and the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). My main role is to assure that the projects and operations are in compliance with the laws regarding to the obligations and necessities provisioned in the law.
