Also, represented condo assns on imposition of special assessments and in closing with lenders on financing. In addition, provided advice on budget issues and advised on decisions requiring meeting of board of directors of condo assns.Defense of supermarkets, shopping center owners, restaurants and retailers of lawsuits filed for violations under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This involves negotiation and using expert architect to reduce claimed ADA violations and in getting lawsuits dismissed efficiently to mitigate expenses incurred.Defense of supermarkets in administrative proceedings on liquor license and SNAP food stamp violations.
