After the transaction, develop the FCC Global Insurance Business Plan and worldwide integration of the Company in Aon Corporation.  Analysis and validation of the Investment Memorandum and Business Plan for Aon Spain presented by PWC for the buyout of FCC Global Insurance Quarterly report to FCC of the amounts brokered by Aon not only for the national but also for the international business, coordinating offices throughout Aon Worldwide. Monthly meetings with Aon staff working as in-plants in WRG and Alpine (London and Wien) to coordinate figure report and needs from the client.  Supervision and development of the Business Plan fulfillment stated in the buyout, and the achievement of the figures budgeted in the Business Plan and committed by FCC, following the next business plan:‐ Searching and presenting alternatives to the original Business Plan in case the budgeted business figures are not reached ‐ Managing the integration plan inside Aon, not only of the FCC team that moved to Aon but also of the computer, accounting systems and the international teams from Aon and FCC‐ Support, coordination and assessment for the Infrastructure investments in all the international projects not only for FCC Construccion but also for all FCC’s subsidiaries like Aqualia, Globalvia Alpine or Alpine Energie, acting by itself or in joint venture taking part in both the SPV’s (Social Purpose Vehicle) and CJV’s (Construction Joint Venture).‐ Checking and validation of the pricing model for the tender‐ Coordinate, maintain and manage all the FCC international projects (USA, Canada, Panama, Chile, Middle East, United Kingdom, Poland, Romania or Austria).  Advisor in other infrastructure projects with other partners as MacQuarie Capital

Aon reached a market share above 80% in Private Equity over €10m  LBO Portfolio Manager Spain & Portugal (January 2008 - July 2010)- Responsible for Spain and Portugal of developing and managing this new initiative in Aon.- Elaborate the portfolio process in coordination with the private equity firm, choosing the portfolio companies on which the project should focus; analyse the costs of the company and elaborate new business plan and 100 day plans. Execute it in coordination with the Private Equity and Portfolio Company. Follow up in the following years of the fulfillment of the business plan.- European Practice Group Manager in Aon assessing other countries on how to develop the Budget analysis.- During this period we successfully achieved optimization of costs of private equity portfolios as significant as: 3i Spain, Mercapital, Permira Spain and Ibersuizas.- In projects as the one for Permira Spain, the Project resulted in a similar one for the whole Europe, being our department in Aon Spain the one in charge of coordinating all the subsidiaries from Permira and all their portfolio companies, involving local offices from Aon in all the countries where the portfolio companies were established.

Development and execution of the 100 day plan after the deal successfully closed. - Ahold: Involved in the buyout transaction of the Ahold retail business in Spain in 2003. Elaborate for Permira a Due Diligence report for the transaction and also the business achieving savings in their operational expenses of more than 8%. Yearly follow up of the development of the business plan elaborating alternative plans in case it could not be fulfilled.- Parques Reunidos: Advising Advent International in this Public to Private deal of Parques Reunidos. We were advisor for each one of the acquisitions after that deal in countries like Belgium, Italy, Norway, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands, United States, France, United Kingdom and Argentina. All this deals were coordinated from Aon Spain involving all the Aon’s local teams in each country were the transaction took place. Advise and elaborate the 100 day plan after the deal closed, coordinating all the Aon’s international teams to oversee its fulfillment. We were named by Advent as advisor for the Vendor Due Diligence process. In this deal Advent was able to triple their initial investment.
