I managed an annual purchasing value of $250 million across facilities located in NAFTA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions. I led negotiations with key suppliers, focusing on cost reduction programs, localization, and new sourcing projects. I also implemented advanced negotiation tools, including regression models and cost models, developed during my tenure at Fiat/Chrysler, to drive significant savings and improve supplier collaboration.* Global lead Chrysler/Fiat/Industrial for 3 chassis commodities; stabilizer bars, coil springs and leaf springs supporting Asia Pacific, Europe, Latin American and North America regions.* Global Negotiations with key suppliers based on cost reduction programs, localization, new sourcing developments, and purchasing tools handled from Fiat/Chrysler purchasing for cost reductions implementations (Develop commodity strategies and synergy creation between Chrysler and Fiat ) LPP´s regression models, bundling sourcing, one voice meetings and Global strategy development* Cost reductions implementation over total turnover = Target 3% annually* Develop Global strategies for specific commodities with all regions ( EMEA, NAFTA, LATAM & APAC)* New sourcing responsibility for NAFTA region with 90% sourcing on time * Monitor the QCDDM (quality, cost, delivery, development and management) for all the commodity suppliers under my deck responsibility* Lead global commercial negotiations with key suppliers to reach yearly targets including global score cards.* FCA Claim system´s instructor for supplier´s training.
