- Establish the strategic direction and specific objectives for the Quality team comprised of 51 members to ensure the business goals are achieved in a proper and timely manner. - Develop and implement a plan to grow and develop quality associates. - Effectively manage resources provided to achieve business objectives. Be a proactive stake holder in the decision making process regarding issues affecting JM.- Ensure a timely evaluation and release of all materials used or produced by JM (Raw Materials, Packaging Components, Bulks and Finished Goods) according to specifications (Physico-Chemical, Dimensional & Microbiological) to minimize disruptions to production and service. Follow-up on the non-conformances to improve material compliance to specifications.- Define the strategy to develop and implement a robust Quality System that meets expectations set by regulatory entities both local as well as international (e.g. FDA, COFEPRIS) to ensure that product conforms to expectations set by the markets that commercialize Jafra products.- Lead the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to establish or enhance processes and systems that allow the operation to run more effectively, efficiently and reliably by identifying weaknesses and areas of opportunity in JM and making the necessary changes to systems, processes, procedures and organization of resources to address these gaps.

- Site leader directly responsible for developing and implementing the L’Oréal Quality System to ensure the highest quality of finished product, high levels of customer satisfaction and support to site productivity efforts.- Department manager of a team of 42 members including 3 analytical laboratories.- Responsible for the logistics and management of the Raw Material warehouse including planning of space, delivery strategies, safety, material sampling and storage.- Responsible for implementing strategy to achieve ISO9001-2008 certification as well as compliance to requirements from Mexican government (COFEPRIS) to allow exportation of products.- Site responsible for the seamless introduction and validation of new product launches into fabrication and filling and packaging facilities to increase the speed to market and ensuring that processes meet expectations in regards to quality and efficiency indicators. - Member of the TPM steering committee co-responsible for defining implementation program strategy and resource needs and site leader responsible for launching the Progressive Quality Pillar and Statistical Process Control program (SCOOP) to improve overall product quality and efficiency.- Member of the site Direction Committee co-responsible for developing the vision and strategy for the factory, objectives and resource requirements to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities include the definition and management of a balance scorecard. Other responsibilities include the development and management of the annual budget, and represent the factory in quality aspects in our Corporate group (France) and regional direction (Brazil).

Wm Wrigley Jr- MARS (Chicago IL USA, Silao México, Toronto Canada) - Quality defect reduction and efficiency increase in production processes as a core member of the Gold Standard Manufacturing Team with on-site work in strategic plants located in China, England, Russia and Poland. - Scrap and rework reduction as a leader in the implementation of 6-sigma and TPM projects in the key manufacturing lines - Reduction in consumer complaints in key product categories for products commercialized in North America, Australia and Middle East using TPM tools. - Responsible for developing and implementing quality strategy to decrease product defects and consumer complaints in 4 co-manufacturing sites with significant improvements in key categories and products- Leader of team responsible for a seamless introduction of new projects looking to increase the speed to market and ensuring that processes meet expectations in regards to quality and efficiency.- Food Safety Certification IFS/BRC, ISO - Site responsible for the implementation of a robust Quality System to warranty the quality and food safety of manufactured products. Key responsibilities include the management of the audit program, deviations, non-conformities, corrective actions, document control, change management, HACCP, introduction of new products, validation of product and processes, management of the analytical and sensory laboratory- Management of corporate KPIs as a member of the Management Team co-responsible for the development and implementation of the strategy to achieve business objectives and the development and management of the department budget and human resources allocation. - Department Manager of a QA team.
