With this team, I assisted in the development and writing of the company's insourcing agreements to support such corporate structure.• Lead the legal department in the formation of new companies in Mexico and LATAM, assisted by internal and external resources, and reporting updates to the Executive Team. • Proactively advocated and developed a communication process to update the company with the applicable requirements and restrictions related to COVID-19 for the company's sites within LATAM. Also sharing and supervising the local teams' compliance. • Conceptualizing and formalizing the various employment-related documentation to meet the company's needs, the local practices, and applicable law for the different sites through LATAM. • Leading various labor and compliance-related projects in Mexico and LATAM region, arising from changes to legislation and common practices. The transformation of the outsourcing and insourcing practices and the impact of remote working through LATAM, are two examples.
