About Fernando Jauregui
I pride myself in my adaptability and how much I strive to be jack of all trades. I studied business administration and psychology and had barely any foundation in the tech field. Once I joined my current job, I made it a point to learn things that I was not privy to before and made my way up to even working with engineering and eventually knowing more about our digital systems than needed. I was present during the pandemic and got a chance to take part in the digital transformation at USC and got hands on with building, configuring and installing Crestron systems into each of our classrooms. I also worked diligently to learn the flows and processes of both the project management and operation side of the whole ordeal. Once I worked my way up in the company and came to be a contractor I also took on the responsibility of handling the scheduling of a student staff of over 100 workers. I have individual meetings with each person and try to come up with the best course of action for their schedule for the semester and make myself available to them always. I work hard to improve and adapt to make sure I am proud of the work that I am achieving regardless of what that job entails.
