In this journey, I have taken different opportunities and assumed a wide range of roles leading Finance, Compliance and Operations areas in different countries including Argentina, Brazil and Mexico. Among others I am (was) responsible for:• Structuring financing that permits customers to make use of technology that unlocks their business capabilities.• Leading a team of professionals to achieve their personal and company targets.• Developing business plans to increase participation in the segments and markets. • Improving the overall operational efficiency of the company. • Ensuring adherence to corporate financial control processes and rules.• The implementation of products like Financial and Operational leases, Stock Finance and Factoring.• The implementation of systems to control activities: Oracle GL system and the Lease portfolio administration system (InfoLease).The skills that I consider that were important for my career till now are:• Before nothing I am accountant by nature with audit background, what drives me to pursue an “in control framework”. • Accountable. Honest. Reliable. • Result oriented to achieve the goals.• Analytical capacity (detailed oriented) to cope with real facts (“what it is”) but without losing the whole picture view (“what should be”).• Having, spreading and stimulating within my staff and colleagues a “can do” attitude. • Making things doable: “If simple and easy two times better”.• Flexible: to adapt myself to different business and legal environments, cultures, routines and roles.• Being a true business partner – looking to understand the multiple stakeholders’ / partners´ needs.• Looking for continuous improvement/development not only for myself, but for the company, for my partners, colleagues and subordinators.
