Before working in the travel industry, I knew that people who work for airlines tend to be very passionate about their jobs, so I started, and completely fell in love with it. Then at Tupperware Brands I discovered how rewarding it is to help people make their dreams come true and change their lives.I commenced my travelling story when I joined HSBC Mexico and attended international training programs within the Group. Then I was recruited by Club Premier, the frequent flyer program for Aeromexico, to manage part of its business relationships with major banks as Program Partners. Some years later I was taking care of the full travel ecosystem and key travel partnerships as Aeromexico, Delta Airlines, Air France, SkyTeam and around 20 other major airlines around the world. I became a truly business traveler and explorer of the world.I joined Tupperware Mexico to develop and implement the Preferred Customer and Loyalty Strategy, one year later I also took the responsibility of managing the Brand, PR and the company’s communications strategy. Now my business and commercial vision is stronger.A background as Systems Engineer, complemented by graduate studies in Business Administration and Wharton training programs, has equipped me with analytical and innovation skills, which I bring to my field of expertise: creating and implementing strategies for value creation and customer satisfaction.
