In my position as Director of Policy and Regulation of RELP, I lead the policy and regulation knowledge department. In this role, I give strategic and hands-on advice and I am responsible for the design of RELP’s legal toolkit and frameworks and related administrative procedures.Attorney graduated from the Universidad del Salvador, I hold a master’s degree in administrative law by the Universidad Austral. I served as a legal advisor of the public sector since 2001, in the former Ministry of Economy, the Senate of the Argentine Republic and the Undersecretary of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency. In the Senate, I participated directly in the drafting of the new Law on Renewable Energies of Argentina (Law 27.191).As an advisor to the Undersecretary of Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency for Argentina, I had special intervention in the formulation of the complementary regulations of the regime for the promotion of renewable energies and the “RenovAr Program”. Since December 2004, I am a senior attorney at the buffet Comadira Abogados, specialized in public law, in particular, administrative and constitutional law. We are a recognized law firm in our field and we provide legal advice to the public and private sectors in Argentina and abroad.Degree and master’s lecturer in Administrative Law and master's lecturer in Renewable Energy, both at Austral University, among other institutions. I have given conferences in Argentina and abroad on topics of my specialty.
