Dirigir y coordinar los procesos de capacitación y desarrollo organizacional que se desarrollan en la institución, a fin de contar con colaboradores idoneos para desempeñarse en sus cargos contribuyendo al cumplimiento de los objetivos de la institución.

▪ Coordinate Organizational Development and Training processes according HR strategy, in order to develop workers and align them with the institution's strategy. ▪ Perform and supervise the development of processes, such as Performance Evaluation, organisational climate, training needs detection, creation and modification of job descriptors, onboarding and training of workers. ▪ Coordinate and organize the proper execution of activities and / or support programs for team development according to training needs. ▪ Plan companys budget in activities related to training.

• Researching and recommending new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting • Conducting screening interviews to assess candidates and providing recommendations to hiring managers • Coordinating with line of business for technical assessments, manager rounds, and client rounds • Conducting regular follow-up with managers and effectively tracking and documenting hiring process • Assisting in performing reference and background checks for potential employees• Preparing and sending offer packages • Assisting in the development of other special projects related to talent acquisition as needed

Coordination and execution of training and development processes in the organization, in order to achieve the incorporation of knowledge that supports the achievement of strategic objectives and goals. - Coordinate and control the process of Training Needs Assessment. - Analyze and suggest actions for the creation of the Annual Training Plan. - Coordinate and organize the adequate execution of activities and training programs, according to the methodologies and resources required. - Analyze and evaluate trainings, conducting surveys, analyzing indicators and other sources of information for these purposes. - Search and evaluate training providers. - Analyze and execute the Onboarding process.

Internship in the Recruitment and Development area at Codelco Ventanas, where my duties included:• Coordinate and control the Performance Evaluation System.• Instruct employees on the different processes of the Performance Evaluation System.• Evaluate and update job descriptors of administrative areas of the organization.
