Integrated in the Global Sales Department (reporting to CSO), budgeting new projects and monitoring the costs of changes to all different products in production, for all company units of Coindu. Including trips for Costs/Prices negotiations, to present reports to the customers for the different components of the budgets, such as: process times, consumption of raw materials, machinery and tools, etc.

• Acting as the frist contact to the new projects in the Customers (i.e. Volvo; Saab; Fiat; Alfa Romeo; Audi, BWM, Daimler Chrysler, Opel; Porsche; PSA Group, Renault) including trips, company presentations, Costs/Prices negotiations reporting to Group COO and CSO.• Leader of a multidisciplinary team assuring compliance of products during the 1st samples and pré-series phases, as well as product validation at the customers according to the Customers/OEM's rules.• Leadership of process Engineering Teams (avg 25 staff), responsible for providing all technical information to the different areas of the production process. From the raw materials warehouse to the final product shipping warehouse (including technical information for the control of raw materials and final product, for the quality department).• Responsible for encouraging several brainstorming meetings for new technical solutions, problem solving and costs reductions initiatives.•In 2003 Leadership of APQP methodology implementation process, integrated into certification by the ISO TS 16949 quality standard - reporting to Group COO.

- Leader of the technical team (Lear Cooperation-customer) responsible for the industrialization of: Volvo V60 and V70; Saab 93 and 95; Chrysler Grand Voyager, projects.-Interpretation of the information provided by the customer, creation of bill of materials, study of improvements, study of costs impact of improvements, creation of internal codes, data management, planning together with the client of dates for implementation in production of new alterations in the development of seat covers, sample planning, study of improvements in the production process, preparation of PPAP, PFMEA monitoring, creation and management of the manufacturing process, as well as technical support to the productive processes.- Management of technical specifications, quality and reliability of the finished product according to customers standards.- Shield the production of the finished product from possible production errors by optimizing production procedures, creating anti-mistakes and continuously improving the work of all sectors, reporting to Group COO.
