Team motivation, project management, cost out, lean tools: kaizen, lean value chain, 8D’s, etc• Tooling design (Pro E, Autocad, Mastercam), fixture and machinery fabrication.

Machine Shop activities: CNC Mill and Lathe programming, Tool design, MasterCAM, Autocad, Pro E, Solidworks, Microsoft Access, Microsoft Excel, conventional mill, conventional lathe, surface grinder.
