As part of the HR team my main duties are related to national and international recruitment. I am also responsible for attracting and retaining talent in the company and proposing action plans to improve this area.

National/International recruitment.Expats management.National projects:- Carry out an internal assessment project to identify the most talented employees.- Implement the performance evaluation system in the company.- Define the new remuneration structure according to the new organizational structure.International Projects:- Nepal Airports System Restructuring: define the new organizational structure for this client, new job descriptions, role mapping and wage policy. I presented the project to the client in Nepal (Kathmandu).

Recruitment: manage the recruitment processes in the banking area and give support to the telco area.Communication: attend employment forums.Training: train to new mentors of the company. Elaborate the annual standard training plan. Procedures: create and improve the procedures. Auditor of ISO 9001 and CMMI (third level).Administration: hires, terminations and changes in the S.S.
