About Fernando Macias

Student at the University of Texas at San Antonio studying Management with a concentration in International Business with expected graduation December 2018. Currently i am looking for an internship or an entry level part-time position in the management field to gain the necessary experience for a job after graduation. I would describe myself as honest, caring, and integrate person and working for a company with similar values would motivate me even more to be able to empower others to be better than yesterday, so we can help the people of tomorrow.My passion is sports and being able to contribute to the career of a player, the managing of a team/event, or just making a fun experience for all is what i want my future to look like. Currently my part time job is as a soccer referee. I have been a referee since 2012 and over the years I have been improving communicating skills, leadership, event management, teamwork, decision making, and being able to remain calm in stressful situations. By improving such skills it has giving me the opportunity to Referee State Playoffs. As well as becoming a UIL referee and a NISOA Official. This year i am hopping to Improve my license to stand out among my peers.
