My responsibilities as an intern for the St. Louis Cardinals' Stadium Operations Department were the following:• Answer emails and phone calls after each event to get lost and found items returned to guests• Manage the daily wristband distribution for party rooms, suites, Cardinals Nation, etc• Manage the Daily Fredbird card distribution• Assist with picking up the monthly nomination awards, Busch Bucks• Assist with on-field ceremonies and employee distributions to employees as needed• Input incident reports into ISS system• Assist in Base Station as needed to enter incident reports during an event.• Walk around the building prior to the game and make sure there are not necessary issues to be taken care of prior to the game.

Assisted Soccer Park facility staff with day-to-day management.Set-up/tear-down of facility both for Saint Louis FC and St. Louis Scott Gallagher events

Benton Harbor, Michigan Area

Helped the 2016 Senior PGA Championship operations staff in the construction, daily operation and deconstruction of the Championship. Daily tasks included: trailer placement, furniture distribution, floral maintenance, painting, wind screening, organizing and unloading deliveries and assisting vendors.
