Job Summary: Driver & Crew Leader – Pruning and Property Maintenance and responsible for safely transporting a crew to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival, and overseeing the pruning and general maintenance of properties. You will lead a team in executing high-quality pruning services, maintaining the health and aesthetics of plants and trees, while ensuring all work complies with client standards. Additional responsibilities include managing tools and equipment, adhering to safety protocols, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members.Key Responsibilities: • Safely drive crew to job locations and ensure adherence to schedules. • Lead crew in performing pruning and property maintenance tasks. • Oversee the use and maintenance of tools and equipment. • Ensure all pruning is conducted according to best horticultural practices. • Maintain a safe and organized work environment. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project details and updates.
