PRODUCTIONI started my professional activity at Edifer (1965) when I was still a student. In 1989, I founded Planigere SA, dedicated to the construction sector and works supervision.In the course of my professional career, I have built about 1,000,000 m2 of all types of buildings (and other structures) throughout the Country. An important part of my career was dedicated to real estate rehabilitation, with special focus on the residential sector and social housing.CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT, SUPERVISION AND PROJECT MANAGEMENTThis activity was developed with different levels of responsibility, according to the period it occurred. It was focused on all kinds of constructions (buildings, hospitals, school buildings, works of art, etc...) and it included an important part of rehabilitation of buildings and structural rehabilitation. Overall, I led a volume of construction equivalent to about 1,000,000 m2. Between 2015 and 2016 our constructions prowled 20 millions euros. For the next two years we estimate generate the same growth.

Research Assistant for four years (1976-1980) at the National Laboratory of Civil Engineering - centre of “Construction Processes”. I reassumed my Research activity in 1984, after the Scientific Council of IST approved the programme of my PhD thesis “Cost-benefit in residential buildings”. In 2008, a significant part of the work developed for my PhD thesis was used in the preparation of the Master thesis at ISEG – “Development of a Hedonic Model in Valuation”.
