Integrate BU's ( Printing & Personal Systems, Enterprise Services, Software, Enterprise Group ) and Functional Groups to execute HP Strategy across the region.Foster and Promotes HP Way Now Cultural environment across the Region. Define and execute plans to increase Employee Engagement by country/region. Develops Top Country Leaders and potential global talent. Represents the Latin America Region as member of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Board at HP.Responsibilities Personal and Printing Systems Latin America:•Define and execute regional and country business strategies. Lead team on overall business models, cost optimization, and disciplined process management. Provides business rationale and risk assessment for making HP investments in the region, country and market segment.•Accountable for business growth and achieving overall metrics (Revenue, gross margin, operating profit, market share, installed base retention, cost control, customer satisfaction, workforce dashboards, etc.).•Drives, supports and influences BU business models, go-to-market strategies, and sales/marketing initiatives.•Develops human resources and management talent to ensure a pipeline of qualified leaders to support future growth.
