Responsible for Managing the Sales, Marketing and P&L operations for all business units of Medtronic in Puerto Rico & Caribbean Islands; including CRDM, Vascular, Endovascular, Cardiac Surgery, Diabetes, Neurology, Spine, ENT, Navigation and Gastro/Urology. As a Regional Manager I managed an organization of 35 employees. Reporting to me were the Director of Finance and 3 managers with their respective divisions.

Responsible for leading and developing the CRM team. Work closely with with 2 Territory Managers and 8 Sales Reps/Clinical Specialist. Resposible for increasing sales, managing expenses, EBIT, DSO's, creating & implementing marketing strategies and developing high-level relationships with Medical Directors.

Responsible for working with electrophysiologists in the state of Michigan representing the ablation catheter line and navigation Capital Equipment.
