Internal Audits (ISO´s, OHSAS, ISM Code, ISPS, Pré-RASMA). Following Petrobras Representatives during RASMA Audits. Support during wetdocking Jobs and governmental inspection (Navy). Revision of all HSE Management Procedures. Implementation of new HSE Induction presentation for new hires. Follow-up and support for accident / incident investigation. Implementation of Accident Reduction Program. Supporting OIM and Rig Manager demands.

Responsible for the implementation of the applicable policies and requirements (legal and contractual), as well as responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the effectiveness of the whole Integrated Management System.

(Previous Acergy / Stolt Offshore) - Responsible for determining / developing / coordinating the PASS Training Center (Positive Attitude to Subsea Safety), in South America. Supervision of the activities performed by the onshore and offshore safety technicians, as well as providing support to the Project Management and the Vessels Operations Managers in connection to the offshore operations.Participation in the mobilization and demobilization of the fleet vessels, following up activities during docking.Responsible for the implementation and execution of PEAT (Workers Environmental Education Program– IBAMA / Petrobras). Interface between Company X Client, complying with the HSE contractual attachment, providing support to the Contracts Director. Participation and follow up on the certification audits (onshore and offshore): Internal, Client, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISM Code.

Responsible for coordinating and controlling all HSE aspects, including objectives and goals, program development, studies, creation and maintenance of procedures, preparation of reports, statistics, identification of training needs, awareness, compliance of preventive and corrective actions, awareness of onshore and offshore employees in order to meet the legal HSE requirements from the client and internally. Responsible for the occupational health campaigns, complying with the Brazilian legislation, providing support to accident investigation, organization of processes for Environmental Licensing.Participation in the preparation of materials for bids, representing the company with the client, development and implementation of risk assessment and hazard identification.Implementation of the main processes for the ISO 14001 certification of the company and participation and implementation of SA 8000. Development of work for other sectors: BOT (Completion) from April / 01 until December / 02 and also for the Drilling Fluids Division from April / 01 until August / 04.

Responsible for the participation in the implementation of the ISM Code onshore and offshore. Support to the various company activities (Maritime, ROV, Saturated diving and flexible line laying). Compliance with all legal requirements, development and safety procedures. Performance of induction training, assessment of accident reports, HSE audits, preparation of safety statistics, assessment of risks and hazard identification, coordination of safety meetings, determination of the PPE distribution system, technical coordination of the safety technicians and nursing professionals (offshore), distribution of the safety awards.

Development of the activities related to the Brazilian legislation such as: CIPA implementation and training as well as meetings, preparation of the documentation and updating of SESMT, participation in the surveys and medical PPRA, PCMSO, control of the documentation of the fire extinguishers, daily inspections in the work place, compliance with the NR and participation in the fire drills.
