As Technical Manager of Front End Development for Sitefinity my responsibilities include ensuring that the front end development team is up to speed with the latest in front end development workflows and technologies especially as it pertains to our clients and partners in. I oversee adjustments and help guide the vision for our proprietary standards framework and best practices ensuring they have an eye on accessibility, SEO, and rich snippet markup. Additionally I oversee the schedules of front end developer resources within the department and work with interdepartmental leadership in order to staff projects and guide internal processes to ensure projects are completed to the best quality and as smooth as possible.I am as hands on as can be when it comes to development myself and am always willing to jump in with my team to help them on anything. I have done front end development for 11 years 8 of those specifically for the Sitefinity platform. I am however versed in several different technologies and software everything from advanced search solutions, to translation integrations, and all around common marketing integrations for websites. I’m always looking for the next technology to offer our clients to position them for success from sales and carrying them down to customer service.My goals are to ensure we deliver on client satisfaction and that my team have everything they need in their tool belts to achieve project and personal goals to the best of their ability. I do not run short on passion or drive for them and our clients.

I have experience for our Sitefinity department.I also play an oversight role in reviewing graphic artist mockups to ensure accessibility standards are met as well as code review for other front end developers to ensure best practices are implemented when needed.My code attempts to be as readable and reusable as possible and is always attempting to use as much of the latest in CSS, JS, and HTML standards as possible. As a Student Participant at DePaul University College of Computing and Digital Media. I was assigned in multiple instances to carry out tasks that involve designing mockups, creating prototypes, creating landing pages for commercial use, and lastly designing a Windows 8 tablet application for the school itself. I was involved in mostly touch screen based application projects.
