    In 1958 our father Augusto Pardi Anselmi founded the company Ceno de Occident Structures through the acquisition of a franchise of a post-war German patent. The Ceno patent was an innovative system to build warehouses with large free spans (particularly we reach 150 ft in our projects) with a low density measured in pounds/sqft. This corporation dedicated itself exclusively for the first years to the construction of structures under the patent. I worked in this family company pretty young - starting from the basic levels of the organization chart and learning from each one its nature and importance until reaching the position of operations manager.
