Latin America business strategic development, including P&L management, portfolio management, R&D with product development, and Innovation, for the Wellbeing & SDA (small domestic appliances) product line of Electrolux Group. The portfolio includes different domestic appliances categories in floor care (vacuum cleaners, robots, sticks, high-pressure washers), water care (heating & purification and dispensers), and air care (air purification, humidification, dehumidifiers, air conditioners) as well as kitchen appliances, coffee, irons. All these products are under different brands in the Latin America region: Electrolux, Frigidaire, Madensa. Also responsible for the Regulations Affairs in the LATAM region for all Product Lines, and represent Electrolux in the Eletros Association.

- Manage the R&D Development Team for all Food Preparation Products (cookers, cooktops, microwave ovens, ovens, hoods, and others) produced locally or ODM/OEM (4 managers and around 40 engineers). Responsible (together the other areas in innovation triangle – Marketing, R&D and Design) to create the strategy for the next 5 years launching plan for new products (around 40 new products per year); Responsible to manage the investments for new products in Food Preparation (around R$ 70 million per year);Participation in steering committee to decide and analyze the projects; Manage the teams that work as project leaders, coordinating other areas as Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality and Consumer Care.

• Management of R&D and multidisciplinary teams in projects for new products ODM/OEM, bringing innovation, new categories and new technologies;• Working together the Innovation Triangle (R&D, Marketing and Design) to develop solid Strategic Business Plans and new Product Generation Plans for New Products ODM/OEM in almost all categories sold in Brazil, with total annual revenue of R$3.6 Billion; • Capex analysis, make vs buy assessment, equipment and process investimento analysis, including labor, fiscal and logistic costs. Managing an anual budget over than R$ 40 million; • Current member of Electrolux global water treatment team.

• Management of Industrial Engineering Team for Air Conditioners and Microwave Ovensin the development process for new products, improvements in current processes and expansion of production capacity, with the following activities:- Nationalize / Deploy new process for new products; - Calculate the factory capacities, detecting necessities to ensure the provision of on-demand needs. If necessary coordinate expansion projects;- Define and develop assembly processes, stamping tools, devices, foaming molds, thermoforming and plastic parts, machinery, equipment, assembly lines, jigs, pneumatic tools, pre-assembly benches and test beds for new products, focus on the concepts of Lean Manufacturing- Technical and economic feasibility analysis of projects;- Schedule and execute try-outs and tests on the assembly line, metal and plastic moulds, foaming, painting and others; - Design and manufacture of change scripts, and perform the necessary activities in the area management systems;- Make and / or follow the project schedule, involving areas for meeting timelines;- Develop technical documentation of the quality system;- Make prototype products, analyzing the feasibility of assembling the online components;- Develop together product engineering, new parts for new products enabling its assembly online, analyzing its manufacture in the existing equipment;- Follow the production regarding the implementation of new processes / projects in all production shifts;- Follow testing equipment and tools suppliers;- Create / Manage project accounts, to meet the values.

Com exceção da atividade de coordenação da equipe, as atividades desenvolvidas em Curitiba eram semelhantes as desenvolvidas em Manaus, porém na área de atuação de metalurgia, para peças e processos de montagem de refrigeradores e freezers.

Responsible for leading the discussions in the segment of large household appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, ovens (including microwaves), and water purifiers in association with the team and other manufacturers. Main activities: • Leading the discussions to provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure the growth and innovation of the white goods sector within the association. • Representing the interests of white goods manufacturers in discussions with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.• Working on the development and implementation of technical standards and certifications to ensure product quality and safety, including energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of white goods.• Support the ELETROS Board on the discussions about the product category, keeping them updated on the activities and actions in progress.
