With more than 20 years in the company, I have had the opportunity to assume global responsibilities from the HQ based in Germany, in distribution strategies and to lead operations in Spain and Portugal.My 15 years of experience in General Management are characterised by a strategic focus on the expansion and consolidation of the presence in the Iberian Peninsula, including M&A projects that have boosted market coverage and strengthened the positioning in the sector.My current professional project has been based on local production, supported by a network of more than 80 own shops that have facilitated the adaptation to the specific needs of the Iberian market, offering high quality solutions and added value in each phase of the business.My approach combines a global strategic vision with execution adapted to the local market, while maintaining a commitment to excellence and innovation demanded by high-value premium products. I enjoy working with a committed team of over 300 people, driving growth, transformation and making a positive impact on the industry.In my day-to-day work, my background as a lawyer helps me a lot, although my passion is business management and development.
