- Coordinate the flow of information between the architect, designer, engineer, client, and field crew for projects worth over $6 million- Develop, execute and monitor project budgets and project schedules- Serve as liaison between client and design and construction professionals- Prepare, submit, log and monitor documentation in building process through RFI, RFQ, submittals, PCO’s, change orders and plan revisions SK’s- Estimate change orders and request pricing for potential cost increases. Evaluates subcontractor change orders for accuracy and fairness.- Bidding work, selecting sub-contractors, assistance in writing contracts and scope of work- Monitor project foreman activities and documentation to assure project is completed within scope budget and schedule- Develop and implement systems to track additional out of scope expenses

-Coordinate and supervise all construction activities – with emphasis on construction litigation due to construction defects pertaining building envelope-Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with quality workmanship that conforms to contracted scope of work-Prepare, log and manage RFI's, change orders, submittals, RFQ's during projects duration and before start-Pre-production planning and estimate confirmation set up budget for projects prior to start and apply for city permits-Solicit proposals from sub-contractors and negotiate bids to hire onto project and enter into budget-Interface with clients, architects, construction managers, city officials, and subcontractors-Material takeoffs and orders-Experience dealing with projects surrounded by multiple building with challenging access-Worked with general contractor firm contracted by HOA, property management, construction managers, engineering firms & litigation attorneys.

Managed the companies PG&E Restoration Division for asphalt and concrete restoration throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
