>20 years of consulting experience, working for large Spanish and international corporations and financial entities in the areas of financial restructuring -Debt Advisory and Turnaround, where I have been involved in Spain since its genesis in 2012.Within the Turnaround, Transformation and WC team I have been leading projects pursuing the measurable optimization of both manufacturing and service companies, in relation to: Operations Management, Agile Process Reengineering, Lean Manufacturing, and overall organizational transformations.My work focuses on advising clients, leading turnaround programs to achieve significant improvements in their performance (in a wide variety of topics: strategy, organization, operations, digitization), focusing on the internal development of the necessary capacities to guarantee the sustainability of the changes achieved.
