Analyzing P&L, Balance Sheet impact and ROI of any new business case to safeguard the business is Protected and profitable. In addition, checking manufacturing capabilities to identify other business that could fit in the current factory infrastructure or identifying new tooling and equipment that could bring more business to the site. Master the Lean transformation journey including problem solving, daily management and continuous improvement activities across the Site. Use depth and breadth of experiences to see the “Big Picture” and hold others accountable to internal stretch goals in an effort to drive continuous improvement. Lead the factory in the new era of Industry 4.0 and focus on continuous improvement on processes, equipment and tools, stablish the right internal forums to discuss Smart automation, big data, 3D print among other innovations under 4.0 industry matters. Understand Quality and Regulatory rules and assure the policies and local regulations are applied avoiding any kind of compliance issue.
