With a degree on Network Engineering at Duoc UC, I'm currently working as a Network Support for the sales & retail industry. My main expertise comes from the technical support of the IT environment on the places that I have worked, principally on the end user's side, maintaining the optimal performance of computers and any other asset used by the workers on a company. I also have experience with networking infrastructure in tasks of cable arrangement, basic administration, and maintenance with devices like access point, routers, switches, and servers. I've also been involved in tasks like coordinating with network specialists or ISP's technicians during incident resolving procedures. In regards of soft skills, I'm a fast learner, analytical and reckless when an issue presents and needs to get solved.
