As an architect, always involved in the operative and administrative areas in an interior construction firm. Responsible of a wide range of project management and strategic support to the construction, administrative and budget control team, for interior construction projects. Leader a team formed by construction supervisors, superintendents, HSEQ residents, MEP supervisors and project architects/designers. Always aligned to the enterprise goals and following up the construction project management method known as “fast-track”. I consider myself a good conflict solver, I truly believe that effective communication and emotional intelligence is key to reach objectives. In my professional career, I´ve been considered as a good leader, always taking responsibility of my work, passionate about it, effective multitasking but always in balance with my personal life.
