As Director of Architecture and Design in international Promoting companies, I am responsible for the internal and external teams of Architecture, Landscaping, Design, Signage, Decoration and Lighting, participating in large-scale and Mixed-use actions: Urban developments with shopping & leisure centers, offices , transport infrastructures, hotels, old age campus, lofts, public spaces, collective and individual homes, industrial warehouses, logistics centers and parking lots.I am lucky to work on my passion: Architecture. I think it is the best tool to carry out the social work of respecting and improving the environment, shaping cities, providing experiences and making life easier for people.My 30-years professional career covers two stages, which give me a 360º vision of the needs: the first one provided me with the technical tools (10 years carrying out projects and works in studies of Architecture and Engineering) and the second (20 years on the side of Property), as Director in Promoting companies from Spain, Chile, China and UK, taking responsibility for the architecture and design teams of the projects.My duties are to conceptualize the most appropriate projects to the needs of the company and to coordinate the technical teams hired to develop them. I bring great value in the early stages, working together with the other departments of the company (Urban Planning, Legal, Financial, Commercial, Marketing ...) to establish together the objectives to be achieved.This has been reflected in buildings whose designs are world-class benchmarks, with a maximum degree of quality, socially responsible and that respond to very demanding income statements.I am fortunate to develop my activity working on cutting-edge, innovative projects, collaborating with the best professionals on the international scene. Always giving great economic results to the companies involved and receiving the most prestigious awards in the sector: MIPIM, ICSC, VIVA, SADI, Digital Signage and AECC.My work covers all stages of development:-Feasibility, Masterplanning, Conceptualization-Concept Design, Schematic Design-Projects for licenses and Construction documents-Landscaping, Theming, Activators-Department coordination. Leasing / Architecture / Marketing ...-Look & Feel, Customer Journey, Experience-Post in value, optimization.
