Responsible for LatAm North reporting operations including monthly accounts, annual closing, statutory reports preparation (CVM & SEC), treasury/cash management back office, KPI reports and BI’s database updating/conciliation;• Leading 6 direct report managers and a total 120 people team, worked alongside projects team to attend and SAP overhaul project; improved accounts reconciliation process; improved team’s engagement results by more than 20%; reduced people turnover to less than 12% a year; Unit’s USD12MM budget owner
