Effectively led the development and execution of long-term global testing strategies and resourcing plan to ensure representation of the future market situation in the next 5-10 years, and implemented an optimal and uniform stage plan for product testing to address all current and future product advancement and deployment needs. Led a network of ~30 research stations and a team of +110 people in Canada, USA, Brazil and Argentina with an annual expense budget of ~$20M and capital investment budget of ~$15M. Optimized regional field testing networks, and drove efficiencies by ensuring uniform processes across regions. Designed and implemented a reorganization which led to +30% product testing expansion in Argentina and +40% in Brazil with $1M savings. Designed and implemented geographical expansion into W of US and Canada, including building of 3 new stations allowing 10% increase in market covered. Led new equipment innovations and automation to drive high throughput phenotyping in Soybean Breeding, in addition to improving equipment distribution and movement.  Led compliance and drove improvements in Quality Management Systems in Soy Breeding.

Managed conversion and testing Teams in South America delivering high quality corn conversions, supporting soy and cotton Trait Integration testing, and implementing a robust trait characterization testing program in Argentina to drive evaluation of biotechnology trait pipeline.  Integration of Biotechnology and Trait development teams. Ensured corn pipeline coverage with VT Triple Pro above 85% and enabled lead events identification for corn and soybean insect protection and weed control platforms Implemented testing expansion in tropical environments, including building of new station in North of Argentina and provided services for South Africa, India, Mexico and Philipines. Active member of the Pipeline Team, responsible for designing and implementing the corn pipeline strategy in LAS.

In this role, I have lead the Trait Integration team in LAS and managed a team of scientists ensuring the development of high quality inbred conversion to meet commercial requirements in LAS. I served as the primary interface between Trait Integration and the various key cross function teams in LAS, including The Corn Crop Team, The Technology Team and the Pipeline Team.  Developed tropical testing strategy and team. Implemented a Quality Management System for Trait Integration Developed and implemented a testing program for international tropical germplasm in North of Argentina supporting Brazil, Mexico, South Africa and Philippines. Ensured pipeline coverage for successful penetration of MGRR2 and VT Triple corn.

Coordinated the Latin America South data generation and analysis effort for corn research, led the breeding testing operation (50+ locations in Argentina, Bolivia and Paraguay ~200000 plots/year), and led the Environmental Correlation Project for Global Breeding.  Responsible for hybrid registration and plant variety protection (2006-2008).  Represented Breeding in the Crop Team Led the Technology Community of Monsanto in LAS.

Developed a sensor based system for on-the-go and in-seasson N management in cornfields. Conducted research on University and farmers collaborators fields.

Responsible for crop production under ISO9001 standards in Central Buenos Aires Province (average of 5 farms per year~4000has/year). Responsibilities included land and labor rent and supervision, stock management among others.

Developed and provided services for integrated pest management systems and solutions for local farmers in Central Buenos Aires Province.
