Besides from the previous Duties and Responsibilities, the new ones are:-Responsible for the certification of the Flame Arresters and Valves with Flame Arresters produced in Brazil, certification according to ATEX Directive 2014/34/EU with the Notified Body IBExU;-Technical reference for products assembled in Brazil;-Developing new designs of equipment for Brazilian Market;-Responsible for auditing all sectors together with the Quality Department in order to guarantee they are following the procedures and rules of the certification;-In charge of giving and maintaining technical trainings for the internal staff as well as customers.

Principais atividades:-Análise de risco considerando sistemas de proteção em acordo com as leis nacionais e internacionais acerca proteção contra explosões;-Suporte técnico para clientes LATAM sobre Válvulas e Corta-Chamas;-Dimensionamento de projetos para todos os tipos de indústrias como Química e Petroquímica, Óleo & Gás, Alimentícia e Farmacêutica;-Suporte técnico e comercial na elaboração de orçamentos técnicos para projetos complexos, além da revisão de contratos para novos projetos;-Precificação e negociação;

Main duties and responsibilities: -Following up the daily routine of the Polyethylene plants creating reports, folders and analysis for the production, process and managers teams; -Organize production batches. Create procedures, instructions, analysis and suggestions to optimize the process; -Constantly analysis of the P&ID's searching for improvements and for the implementation of new projects; -Interact directly with the field workers as well as the panel workers to suggest improvements. Visit the plants daily to audit the conformity of the process.
