Responsible for managing a Susan Harwood Capacity Building Grant via the Department of Labor Submitted quarterly and close out reports in a timely manner.Worked directly with L.A. Served as Senior Contract Enforcer for the L.A. Contract Enforcement Center.Organized leaders during 2008 Master Contract campaign for Property Service Division in Southern California.Enforced Master Contract Agreement for all temporary workers and wage & hour cases throughout L.A. County. Taught workplace health and safety courses to shop stewards for a three month Service Center Leadership Development program.Developed curricula, fact sheets, and exercises for specialized courses.Assisted with the follow up and evaluation plans of trainees as needed.

I worked for 10 years for one of the most grass-roots, most respected and still kicking community based organizations in Boyle Heights. El Centro de Ayuda, Corp. started with a mental health and substance abuse treatment foundation. It grew to service young people, families, and 'old-timers.' The leadership is solid and has one of the most strongest sense of legacy to those that have passed on the torch.
