Define testing methodologies and quality metrics. • Maintain specialized testing environments that are specific to the software and hardware used by military clients. • Perform root cause analysis reviews and recommend strategies to mitigate risk and optimize the quality of delivered products. • Continually expand my knowledge of how customers are using our products and use it to improve our test cases and exploratory testing skills. • Communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders from Development, Project Management, and other QE team members within an Agile, Scrum environment. • Identify and innovate in areas where manual work can be automated and drive on-going process improvements. • Coordinate quality aspects of release management including the scheduling and execution of software verification, and formal release.
